Might make point that the NRA borrows a lot from the German system.
Section 202 Typo: Should not Eq 1 be 1 minus, not 1 plus?. Otherwise for dose zero you’ll get H(0) = 2 , and for a dose of 180 mSv per day, you’ll get 1.986, a lower cancer mortality.
Section 202, Equation (1) still contains a typo. Is one minus, not one plus.
