The Green Table is a compilation of populations
which have received large doses of radiation.
It shows that if the dose is received all at once,
we start to see a significant increase in cancer incidence
at somewhere between 100 and 300 mSv.
But if the dose is received more or less evenly
over a protracted period, we see no increase
as long as the dose rate is below about 20 mSv/d
regardless of how large the cumulative dose is.
This note documents how the Green Table
was compiled.
